Preparation
- Prepare an 8-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips.
- Heat the mixture in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving on high for 30 seconds, then stirring. Continue in 15-second intervals until smooth (about 1-2 minutes total).
- Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, stirring until combined.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until thick.
- Fold in crushed Cadbury mini eggs evenly.
- Pour into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle additional crushed Cadbury mini eggs on top, pressing gently.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Lift out of the pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
Serve No-Bake Cadbury Egg Fudge as a sweet treat after dinner or as a holiday dessert. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze the squares and thaw in the fridge before serving.
