Fudge Base
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
  • 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs, crushed Reserve some for topping.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Sifted for easier mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavor.
Topping
  • Additional crushed Cadbury mini eggs for topping (optional) Press gently on top of the fudge.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare an 8-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips.
  3. Heat the mixture in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving on high for 30 seconds, then stirring. Continue in 15-second intervals until smooth (about 1-2 minutes total).
  4. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, stirring until combined.
  5. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until thick.
  6. Fold in crushed Cadbury mini eggs evenly.
  7. Pour into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  8. Sprinkle additional crushed Cadbury mini eggs on top, pressing gently.
  9. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
  10. Lift out of the pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

Serve No-Bake Cadbury Egg Fudge as a sweet treat after dinner or as a holiday dessert. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze the squares and thaw in the fridge before serving.
