  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Use good quality cream for best results.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
Filling
  1. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Divide the mixture into three parts. Color one part with red food coloring and another with blue.
  5. Spoon the mixtures into the cooled crust in a swirling pattern.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a firmer filling, consider adding gelatin. Be gentle when swirling the colors for a nice marbled effect.
