Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
Filling
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide the mixture into three parts. Color one part with red food coloring and another with blue.
- Spoon the mixtures into the cooled crust in a swirling pattern.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a firmer filling, consider adding gelatin. Be gentle when swirling the colors for a nice marbled effect.
