  • 2 pounds 2 pound bag of seasoned fries Use your favorite brand of seasoned fries.
  • 1 pound hamburger meat Ground beef can be substituted with chicken or a vegetarian option.
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning Store-bought or homemade taco seasoning can be used.
  • 1 cup Cheese Cheddar cheese or a cheese blend is recommended.

Method
 

Cooking Fries
  1. Cook the fries according to the package instructions until they are crispy and golden.
Preparing Meat
  1. In a separate pan, brown the hamburger meat over medium heat.
  2. Once it’s cooked, add the taco seasoning and stir well.
Assembling Nacho Fries
  1. Once the fries are ready, place them on a serving plate.
  2. Add the seasoned hamburger meat on top of the fries.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over the meat.
  4. Place the loaded fries back in the oven for a few minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Notes

For serving, enjoy the Nacho Fries hot and fresh, with optional toppings like sour cream, green onions, or jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and reheat in the oven.
