  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
Main Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
Final Assembly
  1. Add the cooked chicken and bowtie pasta to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce.
  2. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  3. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
