Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana (frozen) frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with coconut yogurt for dairy-free version.
  • 1 cup coconut water (or apple juice/orange juice) Use juice based on preference.
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (optional) Can use honey or maple syrup.

Preparation
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!

Notes

You can serve your mixed berry smoothie with fresh berries on top or a slice of banana on the rim of the glass. Enjoy promptly for the best flavor. If storing leftovers, keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 day.
