  • 1 oz taco seasoning packet
  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and follow the package instructions for preparation.
  4. Press each small tortilla into the wells of a muffin tin to form bowls.
  5. Fill each tortilla bowl with the seasoned beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each bowl.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in some diced onions or bell peppers with the ground beef. For spice, try using spicy taco seasoning or jalapeños. You can customize with different cheeses like Pepper Jack or Mexican blend.
