  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions.
  4. Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  5. Shape the small flour tortillas into bowls and place them in the muffin tin.
  6. Fill each tortilla bowl with the cooked beef mixture.
  7. Top each bowl with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and tortillas are slightly crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.

Notes

Serve warm with toppings like salsa, sour cream, lettuce, or diced tomatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat them in the oven or microwave before serving.
