Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of the wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides to seal the mixture, and use a little water to help lock it in place.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot.
- Carefully fry the rolls until they turn golden brown.
- Remove them and let drain on paper towels.
- For the chocolate dip, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or using a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
Serving
- Serve the cheese rolls warm, with the chocolate dip on the side.
Notes
These rolls are best served warm, right after frying. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top for an extra touch.
