Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Cooking
  1. Place the bread butter side down in the skillet.
  2. Add layers of cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
  3. Top with another slice of bread, butter side up.
  4. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
Serving
  1. Serve hot and enjoy. Best served with a side of tomato soup or a fresh salad.

Notes

Use a mix of cheeses for more flavor and experiment with different types of bread. Add toppings like sliced tomatoes, ham, or avocado for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days and reheat as needed.
