  • 1 cup breadcrumbs You can use plain or seasoned breadcrumbs.
  • 0.5 cup milk Helps to keep the meatloaf moist.
  • 2 large eggs Acts as a binding agent.
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion Adds flavor to the meatloaf.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, and chopped onion.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm with mashed potatoes, green beans, or a salad. Drizzle ketchup or barbecue sauce on top for added flavor. Store leftover meatloaf wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
