Preparation
- Place all ingredients except toppings in a blender.
- Cover and process until blended.
- Pour the mixture into chilled bowls.
- Top as desired with your favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use cold ingredients for a fresher taste. Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh, but they can be stored for up to a day in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Stir before serving as ingredients may separate.
