Preparation
  1. Sift your matcha powder into a bowl or a large mug to ensure it is lump-free.
  2. Spoon the sifted matcha into the large mug.
  3. Add the hot water to the matcha and whisk briskly using an up and down motion until frothy (about 30 seconds).
  4. Pour in the warmed coconut milk and whisk again until well combined.
  5. Taste your Matcha Latte and adjust water, coconut milk, or sweetener as desired.
Serving
  1. Serve your Matcha Latte hot or over ice. Top with a sprinkle of matcha powder for extra flavor.
Storage
  1. It is best to enjoy a Matcha Latte fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. When reheating, warm it on the stove or in the microwave, carefully avoiding boiling.
