Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
For the bombs
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and maple syrup until fully combined.
  3. Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it into a circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over to encase the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
Baking
  1. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
