- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, being careful not to over blend.
- Once everything is smooth and combined, stop the blender.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy with a straw.
Notes
Serve immediately for best taste. Garnish with fresh mango or pineapple. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day, but may require stirring or shaking before drinking.
