  • 3/4 cup chunked mango (frozen) Use frozen for thickness
  • 1 cup chunked pineapple (frozen) Use frozen for optimal texture
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with coconut yogurt for dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup mango juice
  • 1/4 cup white grape juice
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional) Helps with texture

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, being careful not to over blend.
  3. Once everything is smooth and combined, stop the blender.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy with a straw.

Notes

Serve immediately for best taste. Garnish with fresh mango or pineapple. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day, but may require stirring or shaking before drinking.
