Ingredients
  

Fruits and Base
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango chunks, peeled Use ripe mango for the best flavor and sweetness.
  • 1 cup coconut water (fresh or carton) For creaminess, you can use coconut milk instead.
  • Ice as needed Ice Used to serve chilled.
Sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (monk fruit, honey, maple syrup, or white sugar) Experiment with different sweeteners based on taste preference.
Matcha Preparation
  • 3/4 teaspoon matcha powder (ceremonial or culinary grade) Adjust the amount of matcha to suit your taste.
  • 1/4 cup hot water (about 175 degrees F)

Preparation
  1. Add the fresh mango chunks and sweetener into a wide-mouth glass. Use an immersion blender to blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  2. Fill the glass with ice over the mango puree.
  3. Pour the coconut water slowly over the ice.
  4. In a small bowl or mug, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until fully dissolved and slightly frothy, about 30 seconds.
  5. Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the ice for the best marble effect.
  6. Stir well before drinking to combine the mango puree with the coconut water and matcha. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Serve in a clear glass to show the beautiful layers and garnish with a slice of mango or a sprig of mint. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator and consume within a day.
