  • 1 sheet Paper Any type of paper can be used.
  • 1 tbsp Dish soap Regular dish soap works well.
  • 1 cup Water Use room temperature water.
  • a few drops Food coloring Use different colors for vibrant prints.
  • 1 piece Straw For blowing bubbles.
  • optional Buttons For decoration.
  • optional Glitter For extra sparkle.

Method
 

Making the Magic Butterflies
  1. Mix water, dish soap, and a few drops of food coloring in a bowl or dish.
  2. Use a straw to blow bubbles into the mixture.
  3. Gently press a piece of paper onto the bubbles to create colorful prints.
  4. Let the prints dry, then cut them into butterfly shapes. You can decorate them with buttons and glitter for extra flair.

Notes

Store your completed Magic Butterflies in a dry, flat place to keep them in good condition. You can place them in a folder between sheets of paper to avoid bending or damage.
