Ingredients

For the Crust
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese moisture-packed for best melt
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese adds sharpness and helps bind the crust
  • 2 large eggs acts as a binder for the cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning for that classic pizza crust flavor
Optional Toppings
  • pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, onions, fresh basil or whatever you love on your pizza
Sauce
  • Pizza sauce choose low-sugar or homemade for best carb control

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven: Set it to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix the crust ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, eggs, and Italian seasoning. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated into a sticky dough-like mixture.
  3. Shape the crust: Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a spatula or your hands (lightly greased) to flatten it into a rectangular or circular pizza shape about 1/4 inch thick.
Baking
  1. Bake the crust: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes. The crust should be golden brown and crisp on the edges.
  2. Add toppings and bake again: Remove the crust from the oven. Add your favorite low-carb toppings such as pepperoni, vegetables, or more cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5–10 minutes until the toppings are cooked and cheese is melted.
Serving
  1. Slice into portions and serve with a side of low-sugar pizza sauce for dipping or spreading.

Notes

Use high-quality cheeses, don’t skip parchment paper, and ensure even pressing of the crust to avoid sogginess. Serve fresh for the best texture.
