- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened.
- Add the ground turkey and andouille sausage, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and Cajun spice blend, and cook until the cabbage is tender.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy your low-carb spaghetti!
Notes
Serve in bowls with fresh parsley or green onions. Pairs well with a side salad or grilled vegetables. For additional crunch, consider adding sliced snap peas or zucchini when cooking.
