- Add the thawed Iangostino tails and the lobster bisque soup to the pan. Mix everything together well.
- Gently fold in the cooked spaghetti, ensuring it is coated with the sauce.
- Mix in the grated parmesan cheese and lemon juice for added flavor.
- Serve the pasta hot, topped with more grated parmesan and a sprinkle of parsley if desired.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of water to loosen the sauce if necessary. For variations, you can try shrimp or crab instead of Iangostino tails, or add spinach or peas for color.
