Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 each white onion, diced
  • 2 each frozen garlic cubes (or 2 garlic cloves, minced)
  • 1 container sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 package thawed Iangostino tails from Trader Joe's
  • 1 container Trader Joe's lobster bisque soup
  • 16 oz cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 each lemon juice

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced white onion and frozen garlic cubes (or minced garlic). Sauté until the onion is soft and fragrant.
  3. Next, stir in the sliced cherry tomatoes and let them cook down for a few minutes.
  4. Add the thawed Iangostino tails and the lobster bisque soup to the pan. Mix everything together well.
  5. Gently fold in the cooked spaghetti, ensuring it is coated with the sauce.
  6. Mix in the grated parmesan cheese and lemon juice for added flavor.
  7. Serve the pasta hot, topped with more grated parmesan and a sprinkle of parsley if desired.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of water to loosen the sauce if necessary. For variations, you can try shrimp or crab instead of Iangostino tails, or add spinach or peas for color.
