Preparation
- Place your baby potatoes directly into the slow cooker without pre-cooking or parboiling them.
- Pour the bacon bits over the potatoes and sprinkle the ranch seasoning on top. Stir to coat the potatoes evenly.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
- Once fully cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes and let it melt with the residual heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Dollop sour cream over the melted cheese just before serving.
- Serve directly from the slow cooker.
Notes
Customize with toppings like green onions, different cheeses, or jalapeƱos. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
