  • 2 pieces Bagels Choose fresh bagels for the best flavor and texture.
  • 8 oz Thin sliced steak Cook in a skillet until browned.
  • 4 eggs Scrambled eggs Scramble in a separate pan.
  • 2 slices American cheese Can use provolone or cheddar as alternatives.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toast the bagels until golden brown.
  2. Cook the thin sliced steak in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Scramble the eggs in another pan until fully cooked.
Assembly
  1. Layer the cooked steak on the bottom half of each bagel.
  2. Add a layer of scrambled eggs on top of the steak.
  3. Place a slice of American cheese over the eggs and allow it to melt slightly.
  4. Top with the other half of the bagel and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm on a plate with fresh fruit or a side of hash browns. Can add ketchup or hot sauce for extra flavor. If you have leftovers, let the bagels cool down first, then wrap in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, use a toaster or skillet.
