  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta Can substitute with another pasta shape.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish For serving.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the beef and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet; stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Stir in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
