Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and pierce them several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  2. Once cooked, carefully cut the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and a dollop of sour cream.
  4. Return to the air fryer for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  5. Top with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Choose medium potatoes for even cooking. Make sure to pierce the potatoes with a fork to allow steam to escape while cooking. Feel free to mix different cheeses or add more toppings like jalapeños, avocado, or even a drizzle of Buffalo sauce for some spice.
