- Place the first 11 ingredients in a blender. If desired, add cream cheese.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into chilled bowls.
- Serve immediately, with toppings as desired.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. The smoothie may separate, so stir before eating. For longer storage, freeze in individual servings and blend again before serving. Use frozen bananas for creaminess. Experiment with different toppings for added texture and flavor.
