For the Layers
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Use fresh, ripe berries for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup whipped cream Can substitute with coconut whipped cream for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt Greek yogurt can be used for a creamier texture.
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey For a lower sugar option, reduce or omit the honey.
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the vanilla yogurt with honey until well combined.
Layering
  1. In clear glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of berries at the bottom.
  2. Spoon some of the honey yogurt mixture on top of the berries.
  3. Follow with a layer of whipped cream.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the whipped cream.
  5. Repeat layering the berries, yogurt, whipped cream, and granola until the glasses are full.
  6. Finish with a layer of whipped cream and a few berries on top for decoration. Add mint leaves if desired.
Chilling
  1. Place the layered dessert in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving to ensure it’s nice and cool.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and cover the glasses or bowls with plastic wrap to keep them fresh. Best enjoyed within 1-2 days for optimal freshness. This dessert is also great for parties and picnics.
