  • 1 cup whipped cream Can use coconut whipped cream or a dairy-free alternative.
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt Greek yogurt can be substituted for a creamier texture.
  • 1/2 cup granola Choose your favorite granola.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Reduce or omit for a lower sugar option.
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the mixed berries thoroughly. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the vanilla yogurt with honey until well combined.
Layering
  1. In clear glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of berries at the bottom.
  2. Spoon some of the honey yogurt mixture on top of the berries.
  3. Follow with a layer of whipped cream.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the whipped cream.
  5. Continue layering the berries, yogurt, whipped cream, and granola until the glasses are full.
  6. Finish with a layer of whipped cream and a few berries on top for decoration. Add mint leaves if desired.
Chilling
  1. Place the layered dessert in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving to ensure it's nice and cool.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap. The dessert is best enjoyed within 1-2 days for optimal freshness. You can change the layers according to the season.
