Ingredients
  

Garlic Butter Shrimp
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt & black pepper
Spicy Cajun Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
Honey Garlic Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
Lemon Herb Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp oregano
Teriyaki Shrimp
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger
Chili Lime Shrimp
  • Juice of 2 limes lime juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
Creamy Garlic Shrimp
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g butter
Soy Ginger Shrimp
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic

Method
 

Garlic Butter Shrimp
  1. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the shrimp and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Cook in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side or air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 6–8 minutes.
Spicy Cajun Shrimp
  1. Mix oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  2. Coat the shrimp and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Cook in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side.
Honey Garlic Shrimp
  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and oil.
  2. Coat the shrimp and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Cook in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side to caramelize.
Lemon Herb Shrimp
  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the shrimp and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Cook in a pan, grill, or oven.
Teriyaki Shrimp
  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger.
  2. Coat the shrimp and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Cook in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side.
Chili Lime Shrimp
  1. Mix lime juice, oil, chili flakes, paprika, and salt.
  2. Coat the shrimp and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Cook in a pan or grill.
Creamy Garlic Shrimp
  1. Mix heavy cream, garlic, butter, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the shrimp and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Cook the shrimp first, then add the sauce and simmer.
Soy Ginger Shrimp
  1. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Coat the shrimp and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Cook in a pan or air fry.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor. Adjust the level of spices according to your taste preferences. Marinating for longer can deepen flavors but be careful not to over-marinate, as it can make the shrimp tough.
