Ingredients
  

For Garlic Butter Jumbo Shrimp
  • 500 g jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
For Honey Soy Glazed Jumbo Shrimp
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
For Crispy Panko Jumbo Shrimp
  • 100 g flour
  • 150 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
For Jumbo Shrimp in Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
For Lemon Herb Jumbo Shrimp
  • Juice of 1-2 lemons to taste
  • 1 tsp oregano

Method
 

Garlic Butter Jumbo Shrimp
  1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Finish with parsley and lemon juice.
Honey Soy Glazed Jumbo Shrimp
  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Marinate the shrimp for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat and pour in remaining marinade.
Crispy Panko Jumbo Shrimp
  1. Season the shrimp.
  2. Coat in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then coat with panko.
  3. Fry until deep golden and crispy.
Spicy Cajun Jumbo Shrimp
  1. Mix oil with spices.
  2. Toss the shrimp in this mixture.
  3. Cook in a hot pan until lightly charred.
Jumbo Shrimp in Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. Cook seasoned shrimp in butter and set aside.
  2. Cook garlic, then add cream and parmesan to thicken.
  3. Return shrimp to the pan and coat well.
Lemon Herb Jumbo Shrimp
  1. Mix marinade ingredients.
  2. Toss shrimp to coat and cook until juicy and lightly golden.

Notes

Make sure the shrimp are fresh for the best flavor. When frying, don’t overcrowd the pan; it helps keep them crispy. Adjust seasoning to your own taste, and use fresh herbs when possible for brighter flavors.
