Preparation
- In a bowl, toss the beef cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Make sure all the beef is coated well.
- Take the marinated beef cubes and thread them onto skewers.
Cooking
- Heat your grill to medium-high and grill the skewers for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are cooked to your liking.
- While the beef is grilling, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking tray and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
Salad Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, sliced tomato, cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion. Mix well.
Serving
- Once everything is ready, serve the grilled beef skewers with crispy fries and the fresh salad on the side.
Notes
For more flavor, let the beef marinate for a few hours or overnight. Use a mix of different vegetables in the salad for variety. Try different seasonings like cumin or chili powder for a twist on the beef marinade. Soak wooden skewers in water before using them to prevent burning on the grill.
