Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
- In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese.
- Spoon the bacon-cheese mixture evenly into each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Season the chicken on all sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serving
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, remove toothpicks, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
