  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheeses.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 1 hour, or until the meat is fully cooked.
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm with sides like mashed potatoes or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze slices for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating.
