Ingredients
  

For the frappuccino
  • 1 cup strong coffee, made ahead of time and very cold Use strong coffee for a more intense flavor.
  • 1 cup whole milk Can substitute with almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
  • 2 cups ice Add more ice for a thicker texture.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup Adjust quantity for desired sweetness.
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Optional, can skip if preferred.
For garnishing
  • to taste whipped cream For topping.
  • to taste tablespoons mini chocolate chips For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Make sure the coffee is well chilled, or it will melt the ice.
  2. Put the coffee and milk into the freezer while measuring and preparing other ingredients.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine chilled coffee, milk, ice, chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips.
  2. Blend until smooth, occasionally stopping to stir the mixture to ensure the chocolate chips blend well.
Serving
  1. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce onto the inside of each of your two serving glasses.
  2. Pour the blended drink into the serving glasses and garnish with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips as desired.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best taste and texture. If you have leftovers, store them in a refrigerator in a sealed container. It's best consumed fresh.
