Dough and Filling
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 pieces jalapenos, diced Seeds removed for less heat.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the jalapeno cream cheese mixture on the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end to the point.
  6. Place the rolled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot or warm with dipping sauces like ranch dressing or spicy ketchup. Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro for an extra touch.
