Ingredients

For the Stromboli
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese Choose your preferred cheese
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 10 slices Genoa salami
  • 12 slices pepperoni
For the garlic butter mixture
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the provolone or mozzarella cheese, ham, salami, and pepperoni onto the dough, leaving a little space at the edges.
  4. Roll the dough up tightly like a jelly roll and pinch the seams closed.
  5. Cut a few slits on the top of the rolled dough to let steam escape.
Baking
  1. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Brush half of this garlic butter mixture over the rolled dough.
  3. Bake for 22 to 28 minutes, or until it’s golden brown.
  4. Once it’s out of the oven, brush the remaining garlic butter on top.

Notes

Slice the Stromboli into thick pieces and serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days or freeze for longer storage. Make sure to roll the dough tightly to avoid spills, and feel free to experiment with different cheeses and fillings.
