Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Layer the provolone or mozzarella cheese, ham, salami, and pepperoni onto the dough, leaving a little space at the edges.
- Roll the dough up tightly like a jelly roll and pinch the seams closed.
- Cut a few slits on the top of the rolled dough to let steam escape.
Baking
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Brush half of this garlic butter mixture over the rolled dough.
- Bake for 22 to 28 minutes, or until it’s golden brown.
- Once it’s out of the oven, brush the remaining garlic butter on top.
Notes
Slice the Stromboli into thick pieces and serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days or freeze for longer storage. Make sure to roll the dough tightly to avoid spills, and feel free to experiment with different cheeses and fillings.
