Italian Stromboli

Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 10 slices Genoa salami
  • 12 slices sandwich pepperoni
  • 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Roll the pizza dough out flat on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the sliced cheese and meats on the rolled dough.
  4. Roll it up tightly and pinch the seams shut to seal.
  5. Cut a few slits on top of the rolled dough.
  6. Brush half of your garlic butter and Parmesan mixture on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 25 minutes until the crust turns golden brown.
  2. Once out of the oven, brush the rest of the garlic butter on while it’s still hot.
  3. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it up.

Notes

Serve warm, sliced into pieces. Pairs wonderfully with marinara sauce. Store leftovers tightly wrapped for up to three days in the fridge or freeze for about a month.
