  • 4 portions individual portions of protein (chicken, beef, or fish) Choose your preferred protein.
  • 1 cup vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, or zucchini) Use a mix of your favorite vegetables.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Optional: replace with another oil if desired.
  • to taste seasoning (salt, pepper, or herbs) Customize with your favorite seasonings.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut individual pieces of foil for each meal.
  3. Place a portion of protein on each piece of foil.
  4. Add an assortment of vegetables on top of the protein.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.
  6. Fold the foil over to create a sealed packet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the protein is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  2. Carefully open the packets and serve warm.

Notes

Serve Individual Packet Meals straight from the oven or transfer to a plate. Add a side of rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to three days. Reheat thoroughly before serving. You can experiment with different spices and proteins.
