Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut individual pieces of foil for each meal.
- Place a portion of protein on each piece of foil.
- Add an assortment of vegetables on top of the protein.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.
- Fold the foil over to create a sealed packet.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the protein is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Carefully open the packets and serve warm.
Notes
Serve Individual Packet Meals straight from the oven or transfer to a plate. Add a side of rice, quinoa, or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to three days. Reheat thoroughly before serving. You can experiment with different spices and proteins.
