Ingredients

  • 2 small navel oranges (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup peeled ripe mangos (frozen preferably) Use ripe and sweet mangos for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup coconut water Regular water can be used, but coconut water is preferred for taste and hydration.
  • 4-6 pieces ice cubes (optional) Add more ice for a colder smoothie.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until everything is well blended. The smoothie should be thick and lump-free.
  3. Check the consistency of the smoothie. Add more water or ice if you want it thinner or colder.
Serving
  1. Serve this smoothie immediately for the best taste and texture.
  2. You can pour it into a tall glass and garnish with a slice of orange or a few mango pieces on top.

Notes

If you have leftovers, you can store the smoothie in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. It's best enjoyed fresh. If it thickens too much, add a little coconut water and blend again before serving. For extra nutrition, consider adding a handful of spinach or kale, which won't alter the taste significantly.
