Preparation
- Muddle the diced mango well in a shaker.
- Add the hot honey, lime juice, coconut water, and some ice to the shaker. Shake well.
- Strain the mixture over ice into a short tumbler, ensuring to rim the glass with Tajin.
- Garnish with an extra slice of mango, a chili, and/or edible flowers.
Batch Preparation
- Puree the mango with a stick blender or small food processor. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if needed for blending.
- Mix the puree with hot honey, coconut water, and lime juice in a pitcher, stirring well to combine.
- Serve over ice in glasses with Tajin on the rim.
Notes
Store leftover mocktail mixture in the refrigerator for up to a day. Stir well and add fresh ice before serving. You can modify flavors with more lime juice or hot honey if needed. For an adult version, add your favorite spirit like vodka or rum.
