Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Allow to cool slightly and then mix in the eggs one at a time.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mix to the butter mixture until well combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Add a layer of hot fudge sauce on top, then pour the remaining brownie batter over it.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
Serving
- Once cooled, spread whipped cream on top and drizzle with more hot fudge.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
- Chill before serving and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to let the brownie layer cool completely before adding the whipped cream and fudge on top to prevent melting. If desired, mix in some nuts into the brownie batter for added crunch.
