Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until the texture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper if using.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir in the chopped parsley.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before garnishing with additional parsley.
  3. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetable sticks.

Notes

Be careful not to overbake the dip, as this can cause it to dry out. For a smoother texture, ensure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
