Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until the texture is smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper if using.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir in the chopped parsley.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before garnishing with additional parsley.
- Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetable sticks.
Notes
