Preparation
- Put the chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add the potatoes, carrots, green beans, and onions on top and around the meat.
- Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ketchup together in a bowl and pour it over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours (or high for 3–4) until the chicken and veggies are nice and soft.
- Spoon the sauce from the bottom over everything before serving.
Notes
Serve with cooked rice or noodles to soak up the sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
