Main ingredients
  • 2 boxes Little Debbie Honey Buns
  • 1 8oz block Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened) Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 12oz bag Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers Can use different flavored melting wafers for variation.

Method

Preparation
  1. Unwrap all the Little Debbie Honey Buns and place them into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and ground cinnamon. Use your hands or a mixer to mash everything together until a thick, sticky, spiced dough forms.
  3. Roll the sweet pastry dough into 1-inch bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffles for 30 minutes until they are firm to the touch.
  5. Melt the Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second increments until completely smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate to coat, place back on the parchment, and immediately dust lightly with extra ground cinnamon.

Notes

These truffles are great as a dessert for parties or family gatherings. Serve them chilled or at room temperature. Pair with a cup of coffee or hot cocoa for a cozy treat! Store any leftover truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator; they can last up to a week.
