Preparation
- Unwrap all the Little Debbie Honey Buns and place them into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the softened cream cheese and ground cinnamon. Use your hands or a mixer to mash everything together until a thick, sticky, spiced dough forms.
- Roll the sweet pastry dough into 1-inch bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for 30 minutes until they are firm to the touch.
- Melt the Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second increments until completely smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate to coat, place back on the parchment, and immediately dust lightly with extra ground cinnamon.
Notes
These truffles are great as a dessert for parties or family gatherings. Serve them chilled or at room temperature. Pair with a cup of coffee or hot cocoa for a cozy treat! Store any leftover truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator; they can last up to a week.
