  • 1 tbsp Butter, softened For spreading on bread.
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
  • to taste tbsp Honey Drizzled over the bananas.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer banana slices and drizzle honey over them.
  3. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
