Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, keeping a bit of the fat in the pan.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook them in the same skillet until golden on the outside and fully cooked inside.
  3. Melt the butter in the pan and sauté the minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the honey and heavy cream, mixing well to create a smooth, creamy sauce.
  5. Return the chicken and bacon to the skillet. Let everything simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the chicken to keep it tender and juicy. Let the sauce simmer just enough to thicken without becoming too heavy.
