Honey Mustard Sauce
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
- Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- In a pan, melt the butter.
- Add the chopped garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in the milk and heavy cream. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and black pepper until creamy.
Barbecue Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, mix ketchup, brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Stir and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Cheese Sauce
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in warm milk and cook until thick.
- Add cheddar cheese and black pepper. Stir until melted and creamy.
Notes
These sauces can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator. The Honey Mustard Sauce and Barbecue Sauce last about a week. The Garlic Parmesan Sauce should be used within 3-4 days, and Cheese Sauce is best within 3 days. For creaminess, use a blender for Honey Mustard Sauce.
