Ingredients
  

Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust for sweetness preference
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped Keep an eye on garlic to avoid burning
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Substitute with other cheeses if desired
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust for spiciness
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheeses
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

Honey Mustard Sauce
  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  1. In a pan, melt the butter.
  2. Add the chopped garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Sprinkle in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly whisk in the milk and heavy cream. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and black pepper until creamy.
Barbecue Sauce
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix ketchup, brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Stir and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Cheese Sauce
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in warm milk and cook until thick.
  4. Add cheddar cheese and black pepper. Stir until melted and creamy.

Notes

These sauces can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator. The Honey Mustard Sauce and Barbecue Sauce last about a week. The Garlic Parmesan Sauce should be used within 3-4 days, and Cheese Sauce is best within 3 days. For creaminess, use a blender for Honey Mustard Sauce.
