Ingredients
  

Chimichurri Sauce
  • 40 g parsley Fresh parsley works best.
  • 4 cloves garlic Chopped.
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml vinegar
  • Oregano To taste.
  • Salt To taste.
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic Crushed.
  • Lemon juice To taste.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Pepper To taste.
Spicy Red Sauce
  • 200 g crushed tomatoes
  • Chili pepper Chopped.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • Oil For cooking.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Pinch of sugar To balance the acidity.
Honey Mustard
  • 80 g mustard
  • 50 g honey Adjust according to sweetness preference.
  • Vinegar or lemon juice To taste.
  • A splash of oil For smoother texture.

Method
 

Chimichurri Preparation
  1. Chop the parsley and garlic.
  2. Mix them with olive oil, vinegar, oregano, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Creamy Garlic Sauce Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Spicy Red Sauce Preparation
  1. In a pot, cook crushed tomatoes, chopped chili pepper, minced garlic, oil, salt, and a pinch of sugar over medium heat for a few minutes until heated through.
Honey Mustard Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, vinegar or lemon juice, and a splash of oil.
  2. Stir until it becomes smooth and glossy.

Notes

Store sauces in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to a week. Use fresh herbs for best flavor in Chimichurri and adjust garlic to taste in the Creamy Garlic Sauce. For Spicy Red Sauce, add more chili for extra heat if desired. Ensure to mix Honey Mustard well for a consistent texture.
