Ingredients
  

Garlic Sauce
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Chimichurri
  • 1 cup parsley (finely chopped)
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Honey Mustard
  • 100 g mustard
  • 80 g honey
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Buffalo Sauce
  • 120 ml hot sauce
  • 80 g butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Tomato Sauce
  • 400 g crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. For Garlic Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
  2. For Chimichurri: In a bowl, combine parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it sit for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to blend.
  3. For Honey Mustard: In a bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until thick and smooth.
  4. For Buffalo Sauce: Mix the hot sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder in a bowl until fully combined and glossy.
  5. For Tomato Sauce: In a saucepan, cook crushed tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper on medium heat for 15-20 minutes until it thickens.

Notes

Store any leftover sauces in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Most of these sauces can last up to a week when stored properly. For longer storage, consider freezing them in small portions. Always use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
