Ingredients
  

Garlic Aioli
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
Honey Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Spicy Mayo
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (like sriracha)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Chimichurri
  • 1 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Method
 

Garlic Aioli
  1. Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Honey Mustard
  1. Whisk Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  2. Adjust sweetness if needed.
Spicy Mayo
  1. Mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, paprika, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Adjust spice level to preference.
Chimichurri
  1. Combine parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Let sit for 30 minutes.
BBQ Sauce
  1. Simmer ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and garlic powder over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Ranch Dressing
  1. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Chill before serving.

Notes

Store each sauce in airtight glass containers in the refrigerator. They can last up to 5-7 days. Label them for easy identification. Use fresh ingredients for better flavor. Taste as you go! Adjust seasonings to match your preference.
