Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes using a mandolin or a sharp knife.
  3. Soak the potato slices in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  4. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and any additional seasonings.
Cooking
  1. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your homemade potato chips!

Notes

Store any leftover potato chips in an airtight container for about 3-4 days at room temperature. If they become soft, re-crisp them in the air fryer for a few minutes.
