  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water Use warm water to activate the yeast properly.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Toppings
  • Your choice pizza sauce
  • Cheese mozzarella, cheddar, etc.
  • Your choice toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread pizza sauce, add cheese, and top with your choice of toppings.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

Let leftover pizza cool down before storing. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for longer storage. Experiment with different sauces and toppings for variety.
